Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a particularly aggressive brain tumour with limited treatment options and poor prognosis. Standard therapies like Temozolomide (TMZ) offer minimal survival benefits, primarily due to the tumour’s ability to activate DNA repair mechanisms that counteract TMZ’s effects.
