An all-IIT Registrars’ Conclave begun today at the institute. Inaugurated by Prof Sudhir K Jain, director, the two-day conclave brought together registrars from all IITs at one place. Mr P K Chopra, registrar, IITGN welcomed all the participants and gave an overview of the accomplishments of IITGN over the past 10 years.
Registrars of 12 IITs are attending the Conclave focused on discussing key administrative aspects and challenges related to the IITs across the country, including consideration of amendments in the Institutes of Technology Act, in Statutes of IITs, training of Registry Officers, among others.
