The Adventure Frenzy Club of IITGN Staff Development Cell (SDC) organised an adventure camp and trekking for the staff members at Panchmahal on November 16. A total of 22 staff members participated in the guided adventure trail at the Bakore Campsite of Sundarvan.
The participants started early in the morning and thoroughly enjoyed a three-hour trek at the Bakore forest. From there, they proceeded for Kaleshwari Archaeological Site at noon. During the trek, Rajendrasinh Jadeja from Sundarvan provided valuable information about flora and fauna of the forest as well as the archaeological sites. The participants visited the Vavkuva waterfall in the afternoon and then headed to the Kadana Dam, known for its scenic sunset point. The day ended with a campfire at the campsite. The nature trail fostered friendships, camaraderie and joy among the staff members.
The SDC works towards teamwork, trust-building and overall development of the IITGN staff through multifaceted approaches. It constantly strives to update and upgrade various professional skills and knowledge of staff members as well as works proactively towards establishing a positive, stress-free and creative work environment.
