The institute celebrated the Hindi Diwas today to mark the significance of Hindi as an official language of the country.
The IITGN community members comprising students, faculty, staff and their family members participated in the event in large numbers. They recited Hindi poems, mainly self-written, staged a drama and expressed their views on the topics related to Hindi. The items ranged from Mahabharata, life, love, childhood, mother, unity, historical events, Chandrayaan 2 and Munshi Premchand.
