The campus has a number of interesting natural features including the river, deep ravines, a couple of lakes and neem tree plantations. The idea behind the formal entrance, also referred to as the scenic drive, is that a visitor should ‘experience’ the natural features of the campus and then dramatically come across the main academic area. While the scenic drive is not yet fully commissioned, it is a nice place for a morning or evening walk and is a ‘must see’ on campus.
