The distance from the housing area to the academic area sometimes gets very challenging to be covered by walking in this scorching heat. To overcome this problem faced by the community and to provide a faster option for commuting, a service of Green Shuttle (CNG Eeco car) was started at IIT Gandhinagar from October 3, 2018. Two such shuttles run between Housing Block 14 and Academic Block 6 at every 15 minutes duration from morning till evening.
